StoneEagle F&I is a Richardson, Texas–based provider of technology and third‑party administration solutions for automotive finance-and-insurance (F&I) products. Its product suite includes sales, service and reporting technologies, menu sales tools, metrics reporting and F&I product administration used by dealerships, general agents, third‑party administrators and OEMs. The company supports thousands of dealerships and other partners across North America and offers solutions across the vehicle ownership lifecycle, including vehicle service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance and ancillary coverages. The company is led by newly appointed CEO Andy Roberts, with founder and CEO Bobby Allen moving to chairman of the board. StoneEagle received a $76M growth investment from FTV Capital. The company said it will use the funds to accelerate growth by deepening existing customer relationships, further investing in product, expanding sales and marketing, and enhancing its proprietary technology and processing capabilities.
