Stoneweg (Stoneweg Spain) is a real-estate developer and investment platform that develops and manages assets across housing, hospitality, logistics, offices and infrastructure. The firm is part of SWI Group following its integration with Icona, and the group reports more than €10,000M in assets under management. Stoneweg Spain was launched in 2016 by the Swiss investment fund Stoneweg and is led in Spain by Jaume Sabater and Joaquín Castellví. The company has a development pipeline of 4,220 homes to be delivered in coming years and a residential-for-rent portfolio of 1,400 units in Madrid and Barcelona. It also holds around €200M of investments in project financing and currently employs 41 people. Stoneweg plans to expand through co-investment with platform vehicles and by bringing new strategic partners into its shareholder base.
