Straion transforms static engineering documentation into machine-readable guardrails that proactively guide AI code generators such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code. The platform centralises architectural standards, security mandates and naming conventions in a single rule hub, dynamically retrieves the relevant rules for each task, and validates AI-generated plans before implementation. By closing the ‘documentation gap,’ Straion reduces drift, boosts development velocity and increases confidence in code quality for large engineering teams. The product was created by Dynatrace veterans Lukas Holzer, Fabian Friedl and Katrin Freihofner, who experienced first-hand the difficulty of enforcing invisible organisational rules at scale.
