StreamNet.TV is a boutique pay-per-view video-on-demand streaming platform that plans to offer live concerts, TV shows and movies on a 30-day subscription with unlimited views. The platform will deliver many channels in Virtual Reality and 3D, commercial-free, and its content is viewable on over 400 mobile devices. StreamNet says many titles will be exclusive and the company is in the process of closing many acquisitions, including master tapes from 40 movie and film libraries comprising an estimated 10,000 to 20,000 titles. The corporate site will transition to a full VOD streaming platform with a rollout scheduled for the first quarter of 2017 and availability in multiple countries is planned. The company cites CEO Darryl Payne's 41-year career and an existing library of more than 40,000 masters and television shows as part of its content assets. Financially, StreamNet has signed a first-round funding agreement for $10 million with an option to expand the financing to a total of $20 million and its offering was qualified by the SEC under Regulation A+ on November 23, 2016.
