Strevus builds a patent-pending, permission-based regulatory compliance and risk management platform for financial institutions. Its core product centralizes collection, validation, reporting and secure sharing of compliance data among clients, counterparties and regulators, with granular access controls and auditing of usage. The company aims to reduce duplicate requests, lower operational costs and strengthen client relationships while helping firms meet mandates such as KYC, AML and FATCA. Funds from the Series A will support aggressive growth plans and continued product build-out. In conjunction with the financing, David Blumberg joined the board; existing directors include Ken Hoang, Terry Garnett, Darlene Mann and Alan Naumann.
