Strike is a digital-first online estate agent offering a ‘sell for free’ service. The company rebranded from Housesimple in 2020 and launched its sell-for-free service in 2019. It has sold over £4.5 billion of property and helped more than 45,000 people move home. Strike says it is already one of the leading agents across the North of England and has recently expanded its sell-for-free service to the Midlands and parts of Central England. The business plans to scale its digital-first approach and increase brand awareness to become the largest UK estate agency brand next year. Channel 4 Ventures’ investment will include a media-for-equity element to support marketing and growth.
