The company is led by CEO and Founder Tim Follett and lists customers including Am Law 100 firms Baker McKenzie, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Norton Rose Fulbright, as well as Magic Circle firms Slaughter and May, A&O Shearman and Linklaters. StructureFlow plans to further leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate product development and to grow its international presence to meet global demand. Financially, the company raised $6M in a Series A round, bringing total funding to $15M to date. StructureFlow provides a visual platform for modeling corporate transactions, enabling real-time collaboration to brainstorm deal structures, design step plans, and map transactions and disputes. Led by CEO and founder Tim Follett, the software uses data and visualization to reduce complexity in corporate deals and enhance team collaboration. The company introduced the category of visual transaction modeling to market in 2019. Its customers include some of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms, including three of the five UK Magic Circle firms and a number of Am Law 100 US firms. StructureFlow plans to use recent funding to accelerate product development—particularly data and collaboration functionality—and to boost go-to-market capabilities. It is focusing expansion efforts in North America and recently raised capital in a Pre-Series A round to support these initiatives.
