Stuut Technologies

Overview

Stuut Technologies has built an AI "coworker" that replaces manual accounts-receivable tasks—collections, payments, cash application, deductions and more—with autonomous software that learns from every customer interaction. The platform integrates with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and Dynamics and can be fully implemented in three to four days, far faster than the 6–18 months typical for legacy solutions. Early customers including ZoomInfo, Bishop Lifting, Honeywell and PerkinElmer report a 40% reduction in overdue balances, a 70% cut in manual workload and 37% faster days-sales-outstanding, translating into up to 5% EBITDA recovery. Stuut also claims its system helps companies collect 40% more revenue on time by executing outreach across SMS, email and voice channels and by autonomously matching payments and resolving disputes. Upcoming product extensions will add autonomous handling of credits and disputes, expanding the platform’s six-function coverage of the cash cycle. Founded by Tarek Alaruri, Miraj Mohsin and Ben Winter and headquartered in New York City, the company positions itself as the first AR solution that “actually does the work” rather than merely assisting human teams. The newly raised capital will accelerate product development and broaden enterprise adoption.
