Stylib provides a platform for design professionals to search, review and specify architectural materials. Its core technology includes proprietary machine vision that lets designers use inspiration images to find relevant products and a product database with technical filters such as sustainability criteria, fire rating and slip resistance. The platform offers API and widget integrations for customers, a vertical Product Information System (PIM) for suppliers to manage and enrich catalogs using machine learning, and search-insight analytics. Stylib is developing complementary tools such as digital moodboards and personalised material libraries to help designers manage their materials knowledge base. The company works with product suppliers and designer customers to streamline specification journeys by leveraging AI and architecture domain knowledge. It intends to use the £1.5M Pre-Seed funding to accelerate product development and expand its UK operations.
