Istil 38 is an Irish vodka brand marketed by the Sugarloaf Beverage Company. The spirit is stocked in around 300 to 400 Irish pubs. The company reported roughly €400,000 in revenue before accounting for duty tax. Pippa O’Connor Ormond is an investor in the brand and has taken a director role at Sugarloaf. Recent filings show the business attracted an investment of €390,000 from several investors. Management says the funds will be used to continue growing the Istil 38 brand and to pursue distributor conversations in the UK. Other Sugarloaf directors include Shane Davey, Niall O’Dwyer and John Reynolds.
