Superlógica provides financial and technology platforms for condominium management, serving about 50% of Brazil's condominiums. The company offers products for administrators, residents and real-estate partners, and has expanded into resident-facing services through the Gruvi app, launched in December 2022 with Cyrela and Intelbras. Management describes the business model as solid and profitable, and a prior R$300 million investment three years ago helped scale its market position. Superlógica plans to use new capital to develop Gruvi further and to continue expanding its financial and technology product suite for condominiums. Leadership aims to become the primary partner for real-estate agencies and condominium administrators and to increase relevance for residents. Warburg Pincus remains a strategic backer in supporting that growth.
