Supernormal builds a generative AI platform that automatically creates meeting notes and actions by embedding into Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. The product instantly generates detailed notes tailored to the call type, extracting customer objectives, goals, key decisions and action items in about two seconds. After meetings the platform automates routine tasks such as follow-up emails, scheduling and introductions to deliver ongoing productivity gains. The company reports 50,000 professionals at organizations including GitHub, Netflix, Salesforce and The Next Web using the platform. Supernormal plans to use the new funding to expand the team and further develop its AI platform. Founders are Fabian Perez and Colin Treseler and the company is based in Stockholm, Sweden and New York City. SuperNormal provides video and screen recording capabilities designed for business communication, including instant transcripts, AI-generated summaries, AI-detected mentions, comments and reactions, and a deep Slack integration. The product helps teams scan summaries or skip to relevant sections of videos to improve engagement and message clarity. More than 400 teams use SuperNormal at companies including GitHub, Spotify and Line. The company was co-founded by Colin Treseler (CEO) and Fabian Perez in early 2020 and is based in Stockholm. SuperNormal raised $2m in seed funding and intends to use the funds to continue building its communication platform and to hire to expand its remote team.
