SuperTree develops blockchain-based games and dApp infrastructure, and is best known for the titles CryptoDozer and DozerBird. Both games are distributed apps that run without a centralized server, using blockchain storage and smart contracts. The titles were launched in the Samsung Blockchain Wallet last year and were introduced at the Samsung Developer Conference in the U.S. SuperTree is building a tournament platform called PlayDapp to enable real-time competition and a customer-to-customer marketplace for direct trading of in-game items. CEO Choi Sungwone said the company plans to ramp up development of C2C marketplaces and tournaments and move toward commercialization after verification at home and abroad. The team includes developers with experience at Netmarble and NCSoft, and the company recently secured new funding to support those efforts.
