Suvera is a CQC-registered digital health company that provides a virtual care platform to care for people with long-term conditions at home. Its virtual care system combines a remote care team and in-house technology to reduce the number of appointments required while improving access and clinical outcomes. The platform supports management of hypertension and diabetes and is contracted by general practices across the UK to reduce demand on primary care. Features include tracking blood pressure results and administering prescriptions to save GP appointments and reduce waiting times. Launched in October 2019, Suvera has signed with over 40 GP practices and supports over 20,000 patients to date. Following a £5M funding round, the company plans to continue investing in its technology and grow the business with more partners across the UK.
