Suzhou Xizhi Technology
Zone 3, Nano City, No. 1 Shuangdeng Road, Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China
Overview
Registered in 2017 and formally operating since 2022, Suzhou-based Suzhou Xizhi Technology focuses on car-grade main-drive SiC power modules and high-frequency power modules, while also working on SiC/GaN and high-performance IGBT devices. The company claims to be one of the few domestic firms that simultaneously masters MHz-level high-frequency design and automotive-grade plastic/embedded packaging processes, enabling large-scale plastic-encapsulated module production. Its flagship car-grade SiC module achieves 50% lower loop inductance and 45% better current-sharing than international rivals, and on 19 October it celebrated the roll-off of its 100,000th SiC vehicle module. Commercialisation momentum is strong: the first batch-produced automotive SiC modules generated roughly RMB 30 million in sales in Q4 2024, and cumulative deliveries are projected to reach 200,000 units by December 2025, supplying brands such as SAIC IM, Chery Jetour and SAIC Audi. Management forecasts module sales of nearly RMB 200 million in 2025 with company-wide revenue set to double in 2026. Looking ahead, the firm plans to invest in a wide-bandgap module production base in Hangzhou’s Linping Economic Development Zone between 2025 and 2030 to expand capacity across vehicle-drive, industrial and automotive power lines.
