Swaap Labs builds a next-generation market-making protocol that leverages oracles and dynamic spreads to offer passive, profitable strategies for liquidity providers and reduce trading costs. The company launched Swaap v1 on Polygon in July 2022 and reports its WBTC/WETH/USDC pool recorded under 0.1% impermanent loss. Its core models were developed in collaboration with the Louis Bachelier Institute using an AMM simulator. Swaap v2 is planned to introduce an improved architecture with lower data latency and support for a broader range of tokens, including yield-bearing assets.
