SwiftVEE is the largest online livestock trading platform in Africa, launched in South Africa in 2019. The company facilitates more than $100 million in annual gross merchandise value of livestock and game, linking fragmented value chains so users can buy animals online and access digital finance, insurance and data services. Its footprint spans South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia, while it also serves buyer syndicates in North America, Europe, the UAE, Asia and Australia. In addition to its core marketplace, SwiftVEE operates Auctionapp.IO, a white-label auction platform for non-agricultural assets, and PrysWys, an online agri-inputs marketplace. A recent fintech collaboration with Nedbank seeks to embed financial products across these platforms. With fresh Series A capital, the company plans to enter new markets and layer further fintech, insuretech and data solutions to deepen user engagement and revenue streams.
