Symphony Ventures provides consulting, implementation and managed services to enterprises seeking to automate manual, repetitive and complex processes using RPA and intelligent automation solutions. The company works with leading RPA vendors including Blue Prism, UiPath, NICE Systems, Kryon Systems and Celaton to deliver enterprise-grade automation. Founded in 2014, Symphony has grown to a roughly 120-person team with headquarters in London and offices in San Francisco, Boston and Krakow. The firm plans to at least double its team over the next 12 months and to expand hiring across the U.S., U.K. and Poland. Symphony will invest in product development, broaden its service catalog, create an innovation lab for feasibility assessments, and develop training programs to scale RPA skills. It is also launching a lower-risk, RPA-centric outsourcing service category to offer higher-value alternatives to traditional BPO.
