Synap Software Labs builds Synap, a cloud-based, cross-platform relationship management tool designed for customer-facing teams to retain and grow relationships by simplifying information sharing and collaboration. The company is co-founded by Jeremie Bacon (CEO), Michael Boeke (Head of Product) and Matt Mitchell (CTO). Synap released an alpha version of its product in early July and is accepting signups for a private beta slated to begin this fall. The company closed a $2.0 million seed financing round and intends to use the funds to expand product development and to build its marketing and customer success teams.
