Synapsica Healthcare builds Radiolens, an integrated AI platform that automates both clinical and back-office radiology tasks. Radiolens hosts several AI algorithms that assist radiologists and spine specialists to create reports with illustrations and objective evidence, enabling quicker or real-time reporting at the bedside. The company says it is trusted by 250+ doctors across 500+ hospitals and diagnostic centers. Founded by Meenakshi Singh, Dr Cherian and Kuldeep Singh Chauhan and based in Delhi, Synapsica focuses on improving radiologists' experience by automating measurements, repetitive diagnoses and other mundane tasks. It recently raised $4.2M in a Series A led by IvyCap Ventures and Endiya Partners with participation from Y Combinator and other angel investors. The new capital will be used for overseas expansion and to further expand the suite of AI features that help radiologists create patient reports more quickly.
