Synchtank is a London, UK–based B2B music and media company that provides a technology platform for rights management and royalty accounting. Led by CEO Rory Bernard, the company counts customers such as Warner Music, the NFL, Vice, and independent labels and publishers. In November 2021 Synchtank raised $5.8m in a Series A round led by Octopus Ventures. That Series A adds to a $750k seed round the company raised in 2020. The company intends to use the funds to expand beyond Europe and North America, grow its team, and continue developing its software.
