Synpromics develops customised synthetic promoters via its proprietary PromPT™ platform to provide precise control of gene expression for gene therapy, cell therapy, and gene editing applications. The platform designs man-made DNA regulatory sequences tailored for industrial and therapeutic use as an alternative to natural promoters. The company has commercial partnerships with gene therapy firms AGTC, Adverum, and uniQure, and with bioprocessing companies including GE Healthcare and Sartorius‑Stedim Celca.
