Synthio Labs is developing a voice-based AI operating system designed specifically for pharmaceutical and biotech customer engagement. Its suite comprises Jarvis, a voice AI co-pilot for field reps; Ather, a multimodal engine for omnichannel physician and patient interactions; and Simulation Studio, which creates high-fidelity digital twins for research and strategy. The platform automates compliant conversations and captures structured intelligence, giving doctors and patients instant, accurate answers while freeing pharma teams from manual outreach. Early pilots with several top-10 pharma companies have demonstrated scale, including one program that completed 5,000 patient calls in 48 hours for eczema support. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with teams in India and the U.S., the company was founded by Supreet Deshpande, Sahitya Sridhar and Rajashekar Vasantha, veterans of McKinsey, ZS Associates, Amazon and Audible. Synthio Labs plans to use its new capital to expand engineering and product teams, grow enterprise deployments across the U.S. and Europe, and deepen partnerships with life-sciences clients. The recent $5 million seed round brings its total known funding to $5 million.
