Syrcuit Energy Solutions is a Greeley, Colo.-based renewable energy company that develops and installs solar and geothermal systems, focusing on large, utility-scale projects. The company routinely integrates new solar and geothermal systems with commercial and industrial clients to reduce carbon footprints and offset rising utility costs. Syrcuit plans to operate throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and is led by CEO and founding partner Craig Rasmuson. It completed a $6m capital raise via a Regulation D private placement, securing investments through its officers, board of directors and private investors as part of its initial funding round. Proceeds will be used to develop strategic partnerships, secure land for future development projects, and for general working capital. The company aims to become revenue-generating by Q3 2022.
