Syscap offers a platform that lets customers register private lines of credit and handle communication, monitoring and reporting in one place. The product targets non-banking financial institutions that traditionally track credit lines via banking core systems or manual spreadsheets and email threads. The company reports over 100 non-banking financial institutions across Mexico using its platform and also provides access to short-term financing alternatives. Founders David Noel Ramírez and Alejandro O’Farrill conceived the company after careers at FEMSA, Amazon, Nubank and other startups. With private credit assets under management having grown substantially globally, Syscap positions itself to address transparency and liquidity gaps in Mexico’s private credit market. The company plans to use the new capital to invest in technology and product development.
