The technology uses statistical and machine-learning models to predict how consumers will respond to various inputs, effectively mirroring natural consumer behavior. System1’s platform is used to unlock and act on intent before traditional targeting methods. The company completed a $270M financing to support its growth. Management says the proceeds will be used to accelerate product development, enhance partner support, and expand the team in Southern California. System1 is co-founded by CEO Chuck Ursini and President Michael Blend and is based in Venice, California.
