Founded in 2018 by Du Yong (founder of 7FRESH), T11 Food Market operates large-format ‘fresh + catering’ supermarket stores targeting upgraded consumption in China’s first-tier cities. The company sells global premium fresh food, daily necessities and cooked food, and stocks about 7,000 globally preferred fresh SKUs. Its first Beijing store reached monthly profit after one year and reports nearly 150,000 active users at a single store, an average customer transaction above 180 yuan, and fresh food accounting for more than 65% of sales. T11 has expanded cautiously—five stores in Beijing, one in Shanghai and one in Wuhan—emphasizing product and operations over rapid scale. After the new financing the company plans to continue expanding physical stores and to invest in retail technology, supply chain, e-commerce and empowerment of entity stores.
