Tablelo (operated by startup Changupin) provides a one-stop ordering and payment service for seated customers using NFC and QR technologies. The service integrates with multiple POS solution companies to improve usability and convenience. Since pivoting earlier this year from an AI-based commercial-area analysis product to the Tablelo service, the company has expanded into large franchise locations and food courts. Tablelo plans to use its recent funding to hire talent, accelerate technology development, and strengthen marketing to acquire new customers. Management aims to rapidly grow store adoption and become the industry’s leading smart-order service next year. The company also intends to broaden its service across industry types and pursue domestic and global expansion.
