The company controls a sizeable inventory of rare-earth-rich waste material from an operating mine in Texas, giving it immediate access to feedstock without the decade-long development cycles typical in the sector. Its core strategy is to process this material to deliver critical rare earths to multiple U.S. industries. To accelerate commercialization, Tactical is pursuing additional strategic investment and secured credit facilities backed by its Texas inventory, seeking to limit shareholder dilution while retaining growth flexibility. Management believes these advantages provide a clearer, near-term path to market leadership compared with competitors. The firm is also planning to merge with Plum Acquisition Corp. III, after which the combined entity is expected to list on Nasdaq later this year.
