The company develops software for configuration management and network automation used by large global networking equipment providers. Led by CEO Fredrik Lundberg, Tail-f focuses on serving major networking-equipment vendors. It completed a second round of financing, raising US$4m. The company intends to use the funds for business development and to expand its sales and channel ecosystem infrastructure. The round was led by SEB Venture Capital with participation from all of the founding investors.
