Taito.ai offers an AI-driven performance enablement platform that automates the employee performance management lifecycle to help employees own their growth and free up time for strategic work. The system integrates with existing workflows and communications tools, including Google Calendar, HiBob, Jira, Linear, Slack and Workday. The company was founded in 2024 by Kristo Ovaska (CEO), Mikko Kivelä (CPO) and Juho Eräste (CTO). It already has hundreds of companies on a waiting list and is adding carefully selected firms to a closed beta programme, including Faculty and Supermetrics. Taito.ai plans to use the funding to expand operations and accelerate its development efforts. The platform and GTM remain focused on integrations and onboarding beta customers.
