Talent Hack offers an integrated software platform that streamlines payment processing, website design and publishing, scheduling, email automation and CRM for fitness creators. The product aims to replace the patchwork of tools creators typically stitch together or the constraints of studios and gyms. Talent Hack reports that creators who switch to the platform increase their revenue by an average of 280%. The company charges a processing fee for sessions booked through the platform, paid by the client and algorithmically set between 3–10% based on geography, spending patterns and attendance. Unlike marketplace rivals, Talent Hack focuses on protecting the creator–client relationship rather than aggregating creators for customers. The startup also provides educational tools and courses to help creators grow their businesses. The new funding will be used to expand the educational program and to build Talent Hack Co-Spaces for one-on-one training. Talent Hack operates Spaces, a B2C platform designed to give fitness instructors and studios front-end tools and business services rather than building its own curated consumer content platform. The New York-based startup has been operating since January 2019 and positions itself as a partner for individual wellness instructors. More than 50,000 fitness professionals have signed up for Spaces, and the company says top earners have pulled in $250,000. CEO and co-founder Alexandra Bonetti frames the company’s mission as empowering fitness and wellness professionals with tools and resources to scale their businesses. Talent Hack says it will use the new funding to increase marketing, improve the customer experience, and expand recruiting, targeting the rising at-home fitness market the company cites as growing 30% year-over-year.
