TalentPool is a London-based talent-matching platform led by Andrew Lavelle that connects candidates with 0–5 years' experience to UK SMEs. The platform specializes in four sectors: Graduate, Marketing, Operations and Sales. It is used by over 500 companies across sectors, from tiny tech startups and small businesses to larger media companies, digital marketing agencies and education consultancies. The service is completely free for candidates to use. TalentPool raised £1m in funding and intends to use the proceeds to advance its technology. The system connects candidates with UK SMEs every day.
