TalentSprint, based in Hyderabad and Chennai, offers employability programs for young professionals targeting the IT and BFSI industries. Its courses are delivered by industry practitioners using experiential learning and the company’s proprietary iPEARL technology platform. The company was co-founded by Madhumurty Ronanki, Santanu Paul (CEO and Managing Director) and J.A. Chowdary. TalentSprint aims to improve graduates’ prospects of getting employed during or after college. Following its Series A, the company plans to integrate 100 colleges across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka into its college network in the short term. The company has raised INR 20 Crores in Series A funding from Nexus Venture Partners, which also brings a board appointment.
