TalentWise is a Bothell, WA-based provider of Hiring Process Management (HPM) solutions. The company has built TalentWise Hire, a cloud-based software solution that automates the hiring process and allows HR to manage activities electronically, including offer letters, background checks and drug screening, E-Verify, new hire forms and I-9s. The solution integrates with applicant tracking systems on the front end and with talent management and payroll solutions on the back end. The company is led by William Kerr (CEO) and Todd Owens (President and Chief Operating Officer). TalentWise raised $25M in funding from an unnamed Seattle-based private equity investor group. It intends to use the capital to further expand its product capabilities and operations.
