The company says its cloud-native solutions enable agents to deliver consistent customer experiences remotely, a capability highlighted during COVID-19. Financially, Talkdesk recently raised a $143 million Series C at a valuation above $3 billion, bringing total capital raised to $268 million. Talkdesk plans to use the funding to increase R&D spending and to invest in go-to-market, sales, marketing and channel development as it expands up-market. Talkdesk plans to use the Series A proceeds to expand its product, design and engineering teams and to grow marketing and customer support capabilities globally.
