Its platform delivers near-real-time insights, retrieves competitor battle cards when they are mentioned, and produces higher-level analytics managers use to evaluate sales performance. The company emphasizes an engineering-heavy, proprietary tech stack and prefers building machine-learning solutions in-house to improve accuracy and latency.
