Tandem Diabetes is a San Diego-based developer of insulin pumps for diabetes management. The company designs and produces insulin-delivery devices. According to a regulatory filing, Tandem raised another $31.0M, bringing its current funding round to $52.3M. The filing did not disclose the source of the new funding. Tandem has previously raised money from Domain Associates, Second Technology Capital Investors, and TPG Ventures. Of the current funding round, $21.3M came in May.
