Tandem operates an AI-powered ecosystem for veterinary medicine that connects telehealth consultations, at-home wellness visits, clinical facilities and pharmacy services within a single platform. The company runs mobile clinics and a telemedicine service and plans to open a 5,000 sq ft AI-powered health hub this summer. Tandem launched pilot services in fall 2024 and has partnered with over 100 residential complexes in the greater Boston area, serving more than 500 pet families. Its proprietary operating system, Laika, enables veterinarians to integrate AI into clinical practice and reportedly saves an average of two hours of administrative work per day.
