Targetprocess builds a platform for agile teams to visualize workflows, track how teams work, and ensure priorities align. The company was launched in 2004 in Minsk and has grown from five co-founders to 115 employees with over 1,000 clients worldwide. Its development team remains in Minsk and the company maintains small offices in Buffalo, London, and Berlin. Targetprocess says agile practices have moved beyond IT into other parts of organizations, which it sees as an opportunity to expand. The company plans to use new funding to hire sales and marketing professionals to push into new markets and to enhance its R&D team in Minsk. Management expects headcount to reach about 160 employees within the next 12–18 months.
