The company focuses on standard services such as cleaning, handymen and drivers rather than a broad marketplace. TaskBob reports a 70% repeat booking rate and says 90% of its ratings are between four and five stars. It currently claims 800–1,000 bookings per day and plans to grow that to 10,000 daily bookings within the next 18 months. Founded last year, TaskBob has deliberately stayed in a single city to prove unit economics before expanding. Management says the company is already breaking even in multiple parts of Mumbai and expects wider profitability across the city over the coming 18 months.
