Tato

Overview
Founded in 2023, Montreal-based Tato builds an AI-powered project platform that captures calls, chats, and project-management data to create a real-time knowledge base for complex IT projects, especially ERP rollouts. The system auto-tags interactions, maintains RAID logs, and proactively surfaces risks, decisions, and updates, giving teams memory and foresight that traditional tools lack. System integrators such as Gestisoft, Syntax, and Talan use Tato to cut grunt work by 75 % and halve onboarding time, while enterprise customer Héroux Devtek saved more than $500 K by resolving scope disputes. Security features include single-tenant architecture, SOC 2 compliance, and context-aware access controls. Co-founder and CEO Justin Delisle, Canada’s first Microsoft Distinguished Enterprise Architect, leads a team that also includes repeat founder Vlad Lokshin and go-to-market leader Mathieu Chrétien. With fresh seed funding, the company plans to expand its team and accelerate product development to tackle the high failure rates plaguing ERP projects. No revenue figures have been disclosed to date.
