TaxModel develops software to automate international direct tax workflows, including transfer pricing, tax provisioning, forecasting and related supporting tools. The company says it serves more than 80 customers, including major law firms, tax service providers and accounting firms. TaxModel cites strategic partnerships and client relationships with global tax service providers such as Baker McKenzie, Deloitte, Dentons, Grant Thornton, PwC and Taxand. Founded in 2005 in 's‑Hertogenbosch, the firm holds licenses with a range of Dutch-based and foreign multinationals. Management says the new funding will be used to further develop the platform and to expand marketing and sales. Hank Moonen is CEO and founder.
