TCAS Online is a provider of student accommodation management software that enables customers to streamline and manage all operational aspects of student accommodation. Led by CEO Barry Murphy, the Dublin-based company says the platform results in higher occupancy rates. Its customer roster includes Irish universities UCD, DCU, NUIG and WIT as well as UK accommodation providers Fresh Student Living and CRM Students. The company is expanding into the Asian market and recently closed a deal with Malaysia's Taylor's University. TCAS raised €650k in funding, including €250k from Kernel Capital (through the Bank of Ireland Seed and Early Stage Equity Fund) with the remainder from Enterprise Ireland and private investors. It intends to use the funds to grow globally and further enhance its product offering.
