Teale offers a workplace mental health platform that employees access via their employer and that gives HR teams anonymized, aggregated insights to prevent burnout and quiet quitting. The user flow begins with a survey scored by a proprietary index developed with a scientific advisory board of psychiatrists and psychologists. Based on that assessment the app recommends content from a library of about 1,000 audio and video pieces and enables booking appointments with psychiatrists or doctors of psychology. On the management side Teale reports usage metrics (accounts created, session requests) and can show average mental-health scores for groups of more than 20 people to help identify team-level issues. Around 100 companies have subscribed, including clients such as Sanofi, SNCF, Cartier and EY, and on average 45% of a subscribing workforce uses Teale. With new funding the company plans to grow its headcount from 25 to 80 over the next 18 months and to expand into new countries.
