Team(You) provides schools with software to reinforce student positive behavior and enable teachers to integrate incentives into Common Core. Founded in 2013 and launched in 2014, the platform currently serves 1,400 students and offers a free teacher trial at school.teamyou.co/trial. It was tested in four pilot sites: two after-school programs serving K–8, a charter school covering grades 6–12, and a pilot with a major food retail chain addressing employee engagement. Pilots produced improvements in attendance rates and engagement.
