Teamly is a SaaS tool that creates real-time staff performance streams to help employees and managers raise their performance. The product includes a new UI, a news stream, email integration, mobile access, and the ability to publish accomplishments and "report cards" to Yammer. It targets managers who need to identify who on their teams is hitting objectives, aiming to save time on emails, reports and meetings. Teamly says user numbers are growing steadily and that the product already appeals to users outside North America. The startup has raised $100,000 to date and is working on a $500,000 round. Teamly completes the 500 Startups accelerator programme tomorrow.
