Teamraderie provides short, live virtual classes and expert-led team-building content alongside software to manage experiences and measure impact. Its roster of instructors includes Nadia Comaneci, Bart Conner, Marcia Chatelain and Garry Kasparov, and it says it has run classes for some 50,000 people across about 50 countries. The company counts roughly 200 customers, including Google, IBM, Twitter, Cisco, Microsoft and Intuit, with pricing starting at $300 that varies by content and group size. Teamraderie draws on research from Harvard Business School, Stanford, MIT and the University of Chicago to design programming and also offers tech to measure session effectiveness. The startup plans to use new funding to expand its content library, reach more customers and build better measurement tools while addressing scaling challenges given an optimal class size of about 15 participants. Its unit economics are described as "basically breakeven," and the company has raised around $9 million to date.
