Teamtailor, founded in 2013 by Erik Andersson, David Wennergren and Richard Johansson, offers an 'all in one' recruitment and marketing platform to help companies attract talent and manage candidates. The team operates across London, Madrid, Auckland, New York and Helsinki and has grown headcount from 50 to 135 employees in one year. The company says customers range from startups to firms with 110,000 employees, with international markets and the enterprise segment driving the biggest growth. Teamtailor raised €5 million in a round led by Sprints Capital to support product development and international expansion. Teamtailor is a Stockholm-based ATS and HR-tech startup founded in 2013 that builds an employer-branding platform alongside a recruiting tool. The company focuses on the candidate experience, aiming to enable one-click or one-touch mobile applications and modern social career sites. Teamtailor reported an amazing year with record sales and is expanding its operations across Europe to the UK, Germany, France, Norway and Denmark. In autumn 2015 the company raised $800,000 from a group of business angels. Today Teamtailor serves over 270 customers and more than 6,000 recruiters who hire through its system. CEO Jorge Vasquez cited strong interest from other European countries and recent growth as the drivers for expansion.
