The business processes over €100 million a year, the company employs about 30 people at its Amsterdam headquarters, and employees own 15% of the company. Tebi was co-founded in 2021 by Arnout Schuijff and Rob Vonk (both Adyen alumni) alongside Greta Castellana, Thijs van Himbergen and Mazdak Nasori, with Schuijff serving as CEO. With merchant feedback driving its roadmap, Tebi plans to expand beyond the Netherlands and broaden its product beyond hospitality and retail while growing its team.
